Problemi sbrinamento e chiusura specchietti retrovisori

Buongiorno a tutti,
fin da quando ho preso la A6 sto riscontrando qualche problemino sugli specchietti retrovisori, nello specifico sul sinistro non si attiva lo sbrinamento e per entrambi non funziona la chiusura, nonostante l'opzione sul MMI sia correttamente impostata.
Se per il discorso dello sbrinamento potrei pensare a un fusibile saltato non riesco a capire cosa invece possa essere la causa della mancata chiusura, in quanto se giro il nottolino in posizione 'ore 6' entrambi gli specchietti (intendo proprio gli specchietti, non la struttura esterna) danno un piccolo cenno di movimento ma non so se la parte elettrica che muove gli specchietti e' diversa dalla parte elettrica che li chiude... detto questo, mi sono letto e riletto piu' volte il manuale ma non riesco a trovare la voce relativa al fusibile che si occupa dello sbrinamento, ok che porto gli occhiali ma proprio non riesco a vedere la voce relativa, qualcuno di voi e' in grado di trovarla all'interno dei tre screenshot che allego?

a sinistra potrebbero aver sostituito il vetrino dello specchio, e per errore (o per risparmiare, se avevano gia' deciso di vendere l'auto) hanno montato quello senza serpentina elettrica/sbrinatore.
oppure a causa di un colpo allo specchietto (al parcheggio del supermercato ecc) , magari si e' staccato uno spinotto elettrico sul vetrino stesso.
hai fatto una diagnosi vag? hai errori in memoria? (del tipo: open circuit ecc?).

per la chiusura specchi , in giro nei forum si legge che il meccanismo e' piuttosto sensibile al gelo invernale.
un esempio per capirci meglio: lasciando la macchina fuori tutta la notte, in paesi col clima molto freddo, il gelo incolla i meccansimi dentro lo specchio, e poi al mattino successivo, quando il motorino spinge per aprire gli specchi, si rompe qualcosa.
il precedente proprietario viveva in alta montagna? e non aveva il box? (o comunque andava spesso a sciare??).
anche per il guasto alla chiusura specchi, ci vuole diagnosi vag per vedere se c'e' qualche cosa in memoria.

i fusibili che stai cercando, secondo me non ci sono: la linea elettrica degli specchietti e' gestita direttamente dalla centralina portiera, attraverso la rete can-bus, che taglia automaticamente l'alimentazione se rileva guasti ecc.
(ad esempio: se metti un led, dove di serie c'e' una lampadina alogena, la rete canbus rileva un assorbimento anomalo, e disalimenta la linea. i led lampeggiano 3 volte poi si spengono. Nessun fusibile bruciato, e' proprio la centralina che taglia la corrente. Lo ho verificato di persona su luce piedi, luce targa ecc, comprando led semplici, senza resistenza x ingannare il canbus. Non funzionano, ma i fusibili sono tutti ok).
potrebbe essere la stessa cosa per il riscaldamento specchi

grazie per la risposta.
Al momento nessuna diagnosi in quanto il VAG lo acquisterò settimana prossima per cui devo necessariamente aspettare prima di poter fare una verifica piu' approfondita.. il precedente proprietario lasciava la macchina sempre in box ma non saprei dirti se andava in montagna, sicuramente abitava a bassa quota perché e' un paese vicino a dove abito io.
Interessante l'ipotesi dei fusibili, a questa possibilità non ci avrei mai pensato quindi a maggior ragione devo aspettare il VAG.

il sistema canbus, negli ultimi anni, ha rivoluzionato la rete elettrica di bordo.
a voler "rubare corrente" (da un morsetto "sbagliato"), per installare un prorpio gadget elettrico dentro il veicolo , a volte si creano errori e malfunzionamenti.
il sistema canbus rileva l'assorbimento anomalo (provocato dal gadget installato in malo modo), e in genere reagisce tagliando corrente.

Ah, quindi il tutto rientra nel sistema canbus: lo conosco solo di nome e non avevo mai affrontato l'argomento, pensavo fosse 'limitato' a un discorso di comunicazione tra centraline non a un sistema onnicomprensivo di controllo e gestione del veicolo.

Ho notato, ieri ho provato a smontare gli specchietti per misurare resistenza e tensione con lo sbrinatore acceso, oltre al fatto che sul sinistro dopo averlo smontato ho verificato che non ho tensione quando ho cercato di staccare il destro per essere certo che in quel momento la tensione ci fosse mi si e' rotto a meta', per cui sono un tantino nervoso al riguardo.
Meglio se non penso all'eventualità che si rompano i motorini, per quanto mi riguarda resterebbero cosi' come sono...

Ciao, non ho fatto altro che regolare gli specchietti in modo che girassero il più possibile verso l'interno e lasciassero il maggior spazio possibile sulla parte esterna, a quel punto ho infilato le dita (per quanto possibile visto che non sono piccole) e ho fatto delicatamente leva per sganciarli: considera che rispetto il perno centrale ci sono due fermi ad incastro, uno verso l'esterno e uno verso l'interno, sul sinistro sono riuscito a mettere le dita piu' centralmente e non ho rotto nulla mentre sul destro ho fatto leva piu' di lato e questo ha causato il crac quindi occhio.

fatto altro giro di test dopo aver fatto il clear degli errori testando specificatamente la parte elettrica delle portiere anteriori, il risultato e' questo (pulito dalle sezioni senza errori):
