    Predefinito regolazione fase motore cinghia distribuzione ,valore torsion

    ragazzi tempo fa da quando ho fatto la distribuzione l'auto mi sembra diversa,e sembra che i consumi di carburante siano maggiori,ma poi mi sono abituato forse mi sbagliavo comunque fino ad oggi sono stato sempre con il dubbio che l'auto non e regolarmente in fase!
    facendo una ricerca su google ho visto che si può controllare la fase anche con il vag com,ovviamente in engine poi si va su measuring blocks e si va nel gruppo 4!http://www.myturbodiesel.com/1000q/m...t-Idle-TDI.htm
    in pratica leggendo questa guida il valore torsion dovrebbe stare a 0,5.
    controllando la mia si trova a -2,0,cioè il motore e in ritardo come stanno i fatti?
    a quanto punto non mi sono sbagliato che la macchina la sento diversa?comunque sono passati 2 anni da quando ho fatto la distribuzione ma soltanto adesso sto capendo un pochettino la situazione!
    spero che qualcuno mi da qualche consiglio,grazie a tutti in anticipo!

    Ciao,io non me intendo molto di meccanica, però ti posso dire che la fase è molto importante, ho sentito di alcuni che proprio come te hanno sentito cambiamenti di prestazioni e consumi a volte anche molto elevati... io una controllata la farei, non so sia o possa diventare un problema per il motote lavorare fuori fase...

    devo vedere come fare,e un lavori di pochi minuti ma non voglio metterci le mani!
    ma non saprei a chi affidarmi,anche perchè mi diranno e tutto ok ma invece da come ho capita non deve essere cosi!

    ciao. allego qui sotto i valori "basic setting" della centralina engine del motore TDI 2.0, con il range di valori ammessi.
    il range di torsion e' specificato da -6 a +6, quindi il valore -2 di alex audi mi pare corretto.
    attenzione, se il motore e' di una serie diversa dal mio, la tabella qui sotto probabilmente non vale...

    ogni blocco e' identificato con le prime 3 cifre e la descrizione in inglese. e poi viene specificato 1, 2, 3, 4, che sono i valori riportati nelle 4 finestrelle del vag, in orizzontale.

    sicuramente ci sarà una certa tolleranza,ma il valore preciso per una messa in fase precisa e di 0,5 torsen.
    verificato su auto con distribuzione originale,ed anche su alcune che hanno fatto la distribuzione all'audi con gli appositi attrezzi per la messa in fase !

    ehhh alex io ho controllato stò a -5.9 a 819 giri cioè al minimo.....accellerando scende a -6.4......ti dico questo perchè la macchina e dà un pò di tempo che non và proprio.....bassi regimi inesistenti......velocità massima appena 200 quando prima arrivava anche a 225!

    si,qualcosa anche in prestazioni,ed una leggera vibrazione al minimo.
    e stata regolata registrando la puleggia dell'albero a camme.
