Ciao
volevo chiedere se qualcuno ha qualche idea relativamente al mio problema:
ho le spie del ESP e ABS e quella a forma di molla che lampeggiano , la macchina non va oltre i 2000 giri... e spia motore sempre accesa..

il meccanico ha controllato candelette (e sono ok) , abs e esp funzionano regolarmente, la valvola egr (di destra) effettivamente si blocca la farfalla... inoltre diceva che la batteria comincia a perdere colpi (7 anni auto ma 90 000km)

avete idea di cosa può essere?
il meccanico sostiene che basta resettare la centralina del abs per eliminare il problema..
in audi invece no, servono 4 gg di lavoro, forse sovraalimentazione forse questo forse quello e di non usare auto...

La batteria scarica, intendo esaurita perché molto vecchia, può effettivamente fare qualche scherzo alle centraline di bordo (che sono molto sensibili agli sbalzi di tensione ecc).
A me successe anni fa su a3, e proprio l'abs sembrava impazzito. Ho messo una batteria nuova e tutto è tornato a posto.

Fai una scansione col vag, vedi se ci sono errori nelle centraline e da lì capirai dove intervenire.
La spia col disegno "a molla" non segnala le candelette, ma è legata a molti guasti al motore (mi spiego meglio: c'è una sola spia, e si accende per molte cause diverse).
Senza scansione non puoi sapere cosa è successo nel tuo motore (se il guasto è la turbina, oppure l'egr, oppure è si tappato il fap ecc. queste sono tutte cose che portano la centralina motore in "recovery", cioè taglia la potenza, il motore non va su di giri x non fare ulteriori danni).

Il tuo meccanico ha fatto una scansione col suo computer (software bosch, tekra ecc)?
La conce ha fatto una scansione (con odis, software super-professional di audi)?
ti hanno dato un foglio con la scansione?
postala qui e avremo qualche elemento su cui discutere. Altrimenti è solo un tirare a indovinare, senza nessuna utilità.

il vag lo ho anche io..
a casa ho lo scan . se arrivo dopo lo posto. Si comunque il meccanico ha fatto lo scan col computer anche lui , dopo gliela riporto e vediamo assieme.
La concessionaria stendo un velo pietoso.. qui da noi sono imbarazzanti sembra quasi che gli fai un dispetto a portare la macchina.

dunque dalla scansione non emergono errori significativi a parte l'egr e il classico errore sul collettore di aspirazione.
Se guardi l'errore P2015 lo rileva anche il vag nella 01 e il suo errore non è il fap ma bensì il problema al collettore, quindi lo strumento Bosh che usa il tuo mecca non è preciso, o meglio, il numero errore viene letto direttamente in centralina, quindi sul codice nessun equivoco, ma la relativa interpretazione è dello strumento, quindi non corretta, forse andrebbe aggirnato.
Ora andando a memoria credo che l'unico errore che potrebbe mandare la centralina in recovery sia relativo alla egr, almeno a me succedeva così, dopo, averla sostituita tutto ok, il guasto al collettore non dovrebbe mandare la centralina in recovery.
se li resetti si eliminano e poi tornano?appena dopo il reset funziona bene per un po'?
Altra cosa controlla che si accendano gli stop quando premi il freno, a volte il pulsante da 15€ sotto il pedale si rompe e genera un sacco di anomalie.....

si se resetto per un attimo va poi sembra che si blocchi egr ( di destra .. cosi dice meccanico) e da errore e da li in poi non va piu niente. Però finche non appare errore l'auto andrebbe.
faccio verificare gli stop, ma credo che sia ok, perchè mese scorso avevo cambiato una lampadina dello stop e avevo verficato che si accendessero le luci. comunque faccio verificare.

Per egr sai quanto costa? il meccanico (però stamattina dovrebbe aggiornarmi ) mi diceva che il fornitore fornisce egr piu collettori e non so cosa per una cifra di 900€ ... io gironzolando per il web lo trovo a 150€ ... idee?

si l'egr si può provare a pulirla semplicemente prima di cambiarla, e per quanto riguarda i collettori c'è un kit di riparazione che costa pochi € per evitare di comperarli nuovi, se cerchi in sezione a6 4F dovrebbe esserci una spiegazione precisa, è un problema noto sui V6.

aggiornamento dell'ultima ora:

- sentito meccanico , gli ho fatto notare tutto quello che mi hai consigliato oltre a quello che ho letto sul kit riparazione, ma lo aveva già verificato ; (sembra bravo ) aveva già guardato se erano ovalizzati i braccetti.. aveva gia controllato le farfalle e i collettori... secondo lui rimane da cambiare la valvola egr, probilmente la parte "elettronica" è andata ... costo 240€ pezzo originale.

boh speriamo... poi in teoria la macchina dovrebbe superare i 2000 giri e andare oltre i 50 km/h per il test dell abs/esp...
