Illuminazione interna? Dopo un'intervento dei tecnici Audi non funziona più!

Ciao a tutti,
collegandomi alla discussione Piccolo Aiuto per Bagagliaio Elettrico... (http://forum.audirsclub.it/showthread.php?34540-Piccolo-Aiuto-per-Bagagliaio-Elettrico...) oggi ho ritirato l'auto, dopo due settimane di "interventi" :ph34r: (e non voglio soffermarmi, altrimenti mi rinchiudono al manicomio :wacko: ) ho controllato il funzionamento degli accessorio, e mentre tornavo a casa, essendosi fatta sera, ho notato che l'illuminazione interna (led listelli portiere, led piedi, luci lettura e abitacolo generiche...) non funzionava...

Arrivato a casa, ho iniziato ad effettuare alcune prove;
Auto chiusa -> apertura con telecomando -> dall'esterno si vedono le luci abitacolo accese (comprese le luci a led portiere e piedi) -> Apro una qualsiasi portiera, rimangono accese (fin qui tutto ok!) -> Inserisco la chiave, accendendo il quadro, si spengono tutte le luci (quelle del sottoporta/parafango rimangono accese) -> provo ad accendere le luci tramite pulsante generale, o singolo per i faretti spot... NULLA :maad::maad::maad:

Ciao.

Allora proviamo a sbrogliare questa matassa insieme, se ci riesco ti do una mano molto volentieri.

Intanto prendo in considerazione la seconda vaggata in quanto la prima poteva avere dei falsi errori.

Le cose più grosse che non mi piacciono sono principalmente 3:

1) Pare che non risponda più il CLIMATRONIC (errore all'indirizzo 08 HVAC)

2) Stessa cosa per il gancio traino (addr. 61)

3) La 46 8comfort) ha il Component protection attivo!!!

Poi il VAG riporta malfunction su quasi tutte le ECU ma in realtà non è così.
Quindi quel riassunto all'inizio non considerarlo troppo per ora.

La cosa che non capisco è: CHE LAVORI TI HANNO FATTO ???? Qui sembra che si siano dimenticati di attaccare qualcosa o che ci sia qualche problema di comunicazione tra le centraline.

Fai fare SUBITO una verifica in AUDI.

Grazie enry68, premetto che prima di entrare in officina Audi l'auto funzionava perfettamente, rif. luci ecc. il loro intervento era necessario per l'installazione del kit per il bagagliaio elettrico.
Ma non riuscendo ad effettuare il riconoscimento delle centraline/software/codifiche ecc. (a detta loro) dopo due settimane li ho chiamati per ritirare l'auto (320,00 € per nulla!)
Ma ora mi ritrovo con questo problema, il tettino, gli specchietti (non conosco quali altri funzioni svolga la comfort) funzionano bene...

Poi come accennato, quando apro l'auto con il telecomando, le luci si accendono quindi potrei escludere qualche problema legato a fusibili e/o lampadine varie.
L'unica cosa che mi ha detto il meccanico dell'Audi è stata che rimontando le plastiche del bagagliaio e ricollegate le lampade dello stesso, potrei aver dovuto "far riconoscere il pacchetto luci..."

Tra poco tento nuovamente una pulizia, con relativa ricodifica degli accessori originali (come riportato da erWin)

PS: Il gancio traino non c'è!

tempo fa su internet ho trovato un manuale abbastanza chiaro ed esaustivo riguardo le varie centraline Audi... rileggendo la sezione comfort ho trovato questo:

Curioso sto fatto. Il transport mode può essere disattivato via VAG oppure facendo 50km (cosa che tu avrai fatto suppongo). Il componento protection però non me lo spiego!!!

e dopo essermi recato presso una differente officina vw, mi hanno risposto di non poter intervenire per una cosa così banale?!?!?!!

la mia rabbia aumenta, insieme alla mia voglia di risolvere il problema, che reputo tanto stupido quanto fastidioso...

Non vorrei risultare uno scocciatore, ma se qualcuno avesse info, consigli o notizie utili... beh sarei ben lieto di tentare il tutto per tutto!

Thrix, hai fatto bene ad indicarmi questa discussione...
Un problema simile l'ho avuto anche io quando ho installato i fanali led e relativa sostituzione della comfort 46.
Da quel che descrivi ho l'impressione che non sia stato rimosso il CP o non seguita la corretta procedura con VAS on-line.
Personalmente sono stato presente quando l'hanno rimosso nella mia Q7 (loro lo chiamano "allineamento") ed hanno inserito la matricola della centralina, il numero della fattura di acquisto e il codice del magazzino che ha venduto il materiale in fattura. Aggiungo pure che io ho acquistato la nuova comfort a Catania, l'ho montata e codificata io ed ho fatto eseguire l'"allineamento" a Padova. Ci sono andato 3 volte prima di risolvere definitivamente il problema con un "guru" che non lavorava neanche in quell'officina ma in altra officina autorizzata Audi/VW.
Ringrazio ancora l'Amico Enry che mi ha supportato in questo calvario ma alla fine in questi casi l'importante è vincere e non partecipare.

Sono tanto fighi quando ti accolgono all' accettazione dell' auto, ma poi questa è la triste realtà, nn sanno fare niente, solo cambio olio, e sostituire pezzi per risolvere inconvenienti, segnalati dal VAS. Che poi sanno solo usare per resettare gli errori....A parte qualche raro caso, come detto da Salvo, o appassionati come noi...

Dimenticavo, bisognerebbe provare le cose installate, prima di pagare, altrimenti ecco cosa può succedere....capisco il ns amico che si è fidato, perchè dovrebbero sapere cosa stanno facendo, dovrebbero trattare ogni auto come se fosse la loro, con passione di fare i lavori o le modifiche, non per tirar su soldi e arrivare a sera. Se a uno nn piace il proprio lavoro, dovrebbe cambiare....(scusate lo sfogo)

Come non quotarti in pieno, visto quello che mi accaduto pari pari anche a me quest'estate, quando ho chiesto al rimozione della CP su ben tre centraline della mia A4...
All'accettazione è stata davvero dura, fargli capire di cosa si stesse parlando, ma la cosa più sconvolgente è stato il colloquio con il capo officina, al momento di lavorare sulla mia auto e non riuscendo a capire da dove partire...
Un signore sulla cinquantina, che in seria difficoltà ad un certo punto è ricorso addirittura al supporto di altri operai, per capire cosa gli stessi chiedendo di fare...
Ma vi rendete conto il clinte dice al meccanico cosa deve fare, passo passo...

Purtroppo nelle varie concessionarie sono poche le persone che si prendono cura della tua auto come se fosse la loro, relativamente al discorso professionalità meglio stendere un velo pietoso (zero preparazione), sono semplicemente bravi ad accogliere il clente per l'accettazione dell'auto (ti offrono anche il caffè) e restituirla dopo aver pagato oltre al caffè che ti hanno offerto anche l'aria che hai respirato.

Purtroppo nelle varie concessionarie sono poche le persone che si prendono cura della tua auto come se fosse la loro, relativamente al discorso professionalità meglio stendere un velo pietoso (zero preparazione), sono semplicemente bravi ad accogliere il clente per l'accettazione dell'auto (ti offrono anche il caffè) e restituirla dopo aver pagato oltre al caffè che ti hanno offerto anche l'aria che hai respirato.
Quoto pienamente ma ricordati che ti fanno pagare anche la poltrona dove ti siedi e
le riviste che leggi nell'attesa.

ThRix fammi capire una cosa e vediamo se posso esserti ancor di più di aiuto: tu hai montato la nuova comfort, sei andato in conce a fare l'allineamento e dopo tante storie finalmente l'hanno fatto. Successivamente hai visto che c'era qualcosa che non andava e hai rimesso la vecchia comfort? ....scusami, fammi capire perchè non ho capito bene....
