Adaptation

Channel 010: Tourist Solution

When driving in countries where driving is performed on the opposite side as in the native country the headlights must be changed over to avoid blinding the oncoming traffic. When active/enabled the Fault Code 02988 will be stored.
0 = Disabled
1 = Enabled

Note: Only supported for 8P0-907-357-C @ 0020 or newer! Earlier versions require a mechanical Adjustment as described in the Factory Repair Manual.




Basic Setting

Headlight Adjustment

[55 - Xenon Range]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 001
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]

The meas. block field now shows "Wait" and should switch to "Adjust Headlights" then (this may take up to 10 seconds).
Adjust the headlights using their manual adjusting screws as referenced against a suitable aiming target.

[ON/OFF/Next]
The adjustment should now be learned.
[Done, Go Back]
Don't forget to check/clear fault codes afterwards.
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

Veramente ho attivato i fari a led di posizione che si accendono mettendoli su 0/off ma dal menu del computer di bordo.
Quindi posso stare tranquillo???

Ma tramite Vag non ho attivato nulla

Tale opzione serve per adattare il fascio luminoso in modo da non abbagliare le auto che provengono nella direzione opposta.
In genere va attivata se vai in un paese dove guidano dal lato opposto al nostro.
Detto questo comunque oltre al rischio di abbagliare non c son altri problemi.

Per quel che sono riuscito a capire questo "errore" si genera quando da menù MMI è attiva l'opzione "adattamento fari", che in pratica serve per impostare la modalità guida a dx (ad esempio nei paesi Anglosassoni), infatti l'opzione sulla mia auto era su ON e all'avvio sul fis

Ma è normale che quando faccio la scansione mi va in errore l'anomalia della spia dell'abs

Di nulla questo è lo spirito del forum!
è normale quando fai la scansione entra nella centralina abs e ti visualizza l'errore ma poi sparisce subito.
