Aiuto! spia gialla motore accesa 001139 - Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 (G450) [Archivio]

Ciao a tutti, ieri sera si è accesa la spia gialla che indica malfunzionamento del motore, la macchina però non da problemi di nessun tipo, la spia rimane fissa accesa. Oggi ho fatto la scansione errori con il vag, ve la mostro qualcuno puoi aiutarmi a capire qual'è il problema... grazie in anticipo!

Nel motore, hai un guasto al sensore pressione del fap.
Quindi il fap non rigenera correttamente, il motore va in recovery (taglia la potenza), ecc ecc.
Cambia il sensore, costa circa 60 euro orginale in conce, e costa molto meno da un ricambista generico (pezzo non orginale).
Cerca "audi sensore g450" con google e ne trovi decine.
Si monta in 3 minuti, nella mia a3 con motore bmm è bene in vista, sopra la turbina, coperto con la stagnola, x il calore. Altri motori hanno il sensore pressione fap in posti diversi, magari è meno facile da metterci le mani.
Comunque Cambialo subito, per non intasare del tutto il fap e fare danni peggiori.

Nella centr 09 vedo lampadine bruciate alla targa e al fendinebbia. Poca roba. Magari hai già cambiato le lampade ma non hai cancellato gli errori in memoria.
Nella seconda vaggata infatti non ci sono più...

Mi Pare invece più seria la situazione radio-navi , i malfunzionamenti sono numerosi (anche nella gateway) e sono nati tutti il 12 luglio. Poi li hai cancellati e sono tornati, tutti, in blocco, il 30 agosto.
Hai installato qualche accessorio in quei gg? Hai fatto modifiche vag? Sicuramente hai commesso qualche errore di codifica, oppure hai interrotto qualche cablaggio (magari hai lasciato un connettore staccato, o l'hai infilato male nella sua sede, senza accorgerti).

Mi preoccupano gli errore nel can-databus: no comunication, cannot be reached, incorrect coding ecc.
E anche special vehicle control module, errore 00380 che appare sia nella 09 che nella 19, non so proprio cosa sia.

Cosa hai toccato col vag? Hai cliccato troppo di fretta, a caso, su qualche bit?
Ti sei salvato la situazione iniziale, prima di fare le tue modifiche? A distanza è difficile indovinare cosa è successo...

Allora non sono molto esperto col vag e ho smanettato un po, la situazione è questa: ho cambiato lo stereo originale dell'auto con uno (cinese) clone RNS E ed ho aggiunto nella installation list il navigatore, la radio digitale e funzioni speciali, in realta un po alla cieca, non so se ho fatto bene ad aggiungere queste funzioni.... cmq il navigatore non ha mai funzionato, e attualmente non funziona! a parte questo lo stereo funziona perfettamente, a settembre ho intenzione di portarla da qualcuno pratico per risolvere questo problema del navigatore, ho fatto anche modifiche con i bit ma poi ho rimesso tutto com'era.... almeno spero! Per quanto riguarda gli errori lampadine ho sostituito le lampadine e ho fatto clear all... è giusta questa procedura per cancellare gli errori? cmq le lampadine funzionano! Mi metto subito alla ricerca di questo sensore voglio cambiarlo al piu presto! Grazie ancora e crepi il lupo!

A dimenticavo nella istallation list ho aggiunto anche Transport mode.... non chiedermi perchè! ;-)

Il transport mode riduce il consumo elettrico durante le lunghe soste dei veicoli nuovi nei piazzali della fabbrica. Cioè spegne molte funzioni delle centraline. Non ha senso attivarlo nella guida quotidiana! Toglilo!

Discorso rns cinese: Adesso ho capito la serie di errori!! Quel navi non dialoga con il can-bus, la rete di bordo non lo riconosce (e forse quel navi a sua volta non riconosce l'antenna di serie, è una questione di booster e simili. Non sono molto esperto, ho solo letto qualcosa in giro nel forum).

Quel navi cinese (o di qualsiasi altra marca, anche famosa e blasonata) resterà sempre un aggeggio "esterno", è come se fosse attaccato all'accendisigari.
Perdi i comandi al volante (se li hai), perdi la visualizzazione dei dati nel fis ecc.
Qualsiasi stereo aftermarket funziona in modo indipendente da tutto il resto dell'elettronica di bordo.

Quindi nella 19-gateway togli la spunta a tutti i componenti radio, navi ecc. Forse troverai pure centralina "special vehicle module": togli la spunta anche da quella.
Vedrai che gli errori spariscono.

Il comando "clear all dtcs" è giusto, così il vag ripulisce le memorie errori.
Ma questi si ripresentano subito, se non hai risolto la causa che li ha generati.

Attenzione a cliccare "a caso" per attivare funzioni e gadget col vag. Si rischia di bloccare qualche componente fondamentale e restare a piedi (la macchina non parte più! È già successo ad altri utenti).
O fare danni che richiedono molto tempo per il ripristino.

Fai sempre una scansione e salva le codifiche esistenti, prima di fare i tuoi "esperimenti" col vag.
Se qualcosa va storto, puoi ri-memorizzare la codifica iniziale, dentro le centraline, e risolvi i guai che hai creato.
Ci sono passato anche io. La fretta col vag, può costare cara...

Ok ripristinerò tutto com'era allora, e poi ricontrollo gli errori! si le modifiche che ho fatto me le sono segnate tutte, almeno su questo sono stato prudente! ed ho salvato anche la mia prima vaggata! cmq hai ragione mi sono avventurato un po troppo col vag preso dalla frenesia! Per quanto riguarda lo stereo immaginavo non sarebbe stato in tutto e per tutto come l'originale, però per quello che l'ho pagato va benissimo cosi! i comandi al volante tanto non li ho! sul fis mi indica cmq quando inizia un brano e parte il timer! sono cmq soddisfatto di questo stereo!

Grazie ancora ti farò sapere ulteriori sviluppi!

Ciao paolo, stasera ho sostituito il famoso sensore g450, e magicamente la spia gialla avaria motore si è spenta! Che sollievo! Non ho ancora attaccato il vag ma lo faro presto! Volevo ringraziarti perche era esattamente come dicevi tu, anche la posizione del sensore, coperto dalla stagnola! Pagato 49 euro presso un autoricambi prezzo scontato! Ho seguito il tuo consiglio e ho ripreso l'auto solo dopo averlo sostituito per evitare ulteriori danni!

Col sensore nuovo, il fap farà subito la rigenerazione (cioè si ripulisce) e tutto torna a posto.
Domani scalda il motore e poi fai un tratto extraurbano: fai qualche km tenendo il motore in 4 marcia a 2000 giri o poco più, per 10-15 minuti.
In questo modo viene facilitata la rigenerazione: i gas di scarico molto caldi innescano il processo, la centralina effettua una post-iniezione di gasolio e si "bruciano" le schifezze" accumulate nel fap.
probabilmente ci sarà tanta "roba" da bruciare nel tuo fap. Infatti, a causa del sensore guasto, il particolato e residui vari si sono accumulati, in modo anomalo.
Col vag puoi controllare i meas value block, nella centralina engine, dal group 67 al 75, e vedi la pressione dentro il fap, il carico di sporco in % (soot loading), il carico di ceneri in grammi (ash mass) e altri valori.
Lasciando il mouse sulle finestrelle, senza cliccare, vedrai il range di valori corretti (e quindi vedi se i tuoi valori sono dentro quel range o no). Con la rigenerazione, se tutto è regolare, il soot loading deve calare, fino a zero. E anche la pressione dentro al fap deve essere bassa (vuol dire che il fap è "libero", pulito).
