Problema: MMI 3G plus non si accende

Ciao,
display e illuminazione tasti sono spenti, audio non si sente ma l'HD sembra funzionare.
Ho provato a re settario, a staccare la batteria, a spegnere ed accendere la macchina varie volte ma nulla, non vuole ripartire.
Ho controllato anche tutti i fusibili (nel cruscotto lato guida + lato passeggero e nel fianco del baule lato destro) senza trovare nulla (a meno che non ce ne siano altri nascosti che non ho visto)
Qualcuno mi sa aiutare?

Guarda se c'è acqua/umidità (o macchie simili) nel fianchetto del bagagliaio, dove sono alloggiati i componenti dell'mmi (ampli, tuner, ecc).

In alcune audi si rompe il tubo del lavavetro posteriore, che sale verso il portellone posteriore, e l'acqua annaffia tutta l'elettronica (si crea ossido, si brucia qualche microchip ecc ecc. Viene fuori danno enorme. E capita spesso, purtroppo).

Ci sono molte discussioni in rete su quell'argomento.
Fai una ricerca, con calma, e troverai molti altri dettagli, e spiegazioni più chiare.
io ho letto queste cose parecchio tempo fa, e ora potrei ricordare male o aver capito male (non ho mmi, mi sono disinteressato del problema).

No, non c'è acqua ne nient'altro

Controlla anche sotto al sedile anteriore, dove c'è la centralina bluetooth.
Anche lì a volte si trova dell'acqua (proveniente dagli scarichi del clima o roba simile: Un raccordo del tubo della condensa si sfila o si fessura, e quindi si allaga sotto il sedile), e si brucia la centralina BT.
E tutto il sistema mmi va in tilt (c'è in ballo la fibra ottica. Se si interrompe l'anello ottico, va tutto ko. ma sinceramente io ne so poco, cerca in rete altre info).

Per capire bene il tuo guasto dovresti fare una scansione col vag, e vedere quale errore ti indica la diagnosi.

Se segui i miei ragionamenti, e vai "per tentativi", ci metti un mese a capire dove è il guasto.
Mentre col vag ci metti pochi minuti.

Posta i codici-errore nel forum e potremo capire di cosa si tratta (mi pare strano che non sia coinvolta la centralina della radio-navi, ma altre centraline. Boh).

Comunque la scansione è un file.txt. È Inutile fotografarla, pezzo per pezzo...
ci vorrebbero 30 foto e risulterebbe poco leggibili...
Salva il file della scansione (te lo chiede espressamente il vag) e poi alleghi quel file nel forum- o meglio, devi allegare solo la parte che descrive gli errori! (col copia e incolla).

Ammazza!! Ci sono 50 e passa codici di errore, quasi tutti in data 14 e 24 gennaio.

Vuol dire che in quei giorni hai staccato mille spinotti, hai smontato mezza macchina (ad esempio, nel tunnel, i comandi clima e i pulsanti vari, poi l'interrutord luci o il sensore luce/pioggia. Poi hai staccato i cavi delle portiere, ecc).

Spiegaci bene cosa hai fatto. Hai cambiato la radio? O hai cambiato i pannelli portiera e gli interni? Oppure hai installato un nuovo quadro strumenti? Vedo che nella 17 manca il basic setting. Boh!
Hai fatto un mezzo macello, così a prima vista.

Direi che è meglio staccare la batteria, quando si fanno lavori a bordo, così l'elettronica di bordo non si impalla...

Molti di quegli errori secondo me derivano dai cavi staccati, non è niente di grave.
Ora che hai rimontato tutti i pezzi, cancella gli errori (col comando clear all dtc), poi fai un giro con la macchina e poi fai una nuova scansione.

Vediamo quanti errori si ripresentano (probabilmente solo quelli della radio), cioè la centralina 5F ecc.
E allora si potrà ragionare e trovare le cause del guasto (si ragiona su un solo codice errore, bl massimo 2, mica 50 errori come adesso, che non si capisce da dove partire!!).

Cerca uno bravo col vag a piacenza (nel forum ci sarà sicuro qualche utente di piacenza).
Magari vi incontrate di persona, gli spieghi bene la situazione e ti può aiutare col vag. Di persona le cose sono più facili da spiegare e da capire, rispetto a scrivere mille messaggi nei forum.
Io il vag lo uso da poco, non so tutte funzioni.
Potrei anche darti suggerimenti imprecisi o fuorvianti.

Nessuno dei 2 errori rimasti nella tua scansione coinvolge la radio/mmi. Un bel mistero.

Nella centralina 09 l'errore riguarda il livellamento dei fari (la centralina del livellamento non comunica con la centr 09).
Hai installato o smontato i fari xeno? Oppure hai i fari alogeni? Hai smontato la manopola che comanda le luci? Magari hai dimenticato qualche spinotto staccato, li dietro?? Proprio quello della rotella del livellamento fari??

(il cruscotto l'avevi proprio sventrato, smontando mille pezzi e staccando mille connettori, l'abbiamo visto con i 50 errori precedenti. Spiegaci cosa hai fatto, perché altrimenti non ne usciamo più).

Nella 17 devi fare il basic setting (c'è un apposito pulsante nel vag. Ma io non ho mai fatto questa operazione, non so cosa succede...).
Tu hai forse cambiato la centralina 17? (cioè hai cambiato il quadro strumenti?). Perché mai il tuo quadro strumenti ha perso il basic setting?

Misteri della tecnologia...

Il più bello è che non va l'mmi.
Che però non fa apparire errori in diagnosi. (la centralina 5F e la 56 sono a posto, col vag. Nessun errore/malfunzionamento).
Hai disattivato qualcosa, riferito al sistema audio-multimedia, nella gateway??

Spiegaci bene cosa hai fatto nella macchina nei giorni scorsi. Ci sono troppe contraddizioni, è impossibile capire, a distanza, col forum. Bisognerà fare qualche prova col vag, direttamente in macchina. Secondo me è praticamente Impossibile da spiegare via forum.

Il bello è che non ho smontato proprio nulla, ho solo inserito nell'MMI la SD per fare l'aggiornamento firmware e poi aggiornamento mappe, ma non ho fatto nulla di tutto questo perché mi dava un errore di compatibilità del software.
Qualche tempo fa avevo smontato l'unita MMI (dove ci sono le 2 SD ed il cd) ma poi ricollegato tutto e non ho mai avuto nessun problema.
Tutti gli errori credo che siano dovuti al fatto che ho scollegato la batteria...
I fari sono XENO e all'accensione funzionano regolarmente facendo il livellamento.

Vediamo se qualcuno sa cosa succede facendo il basic setting nella 17...

L'errore è nel livellamento dei fari, traducendo le frasi in inglese, visualizzate col vag nella tua centr 17.
Vedi il mess di plujet del 13 maggio 2014 nel link qui sotto.
Ho scoperto che esiste una impostazione nell'mmi per "correggere" i fari, quando devi guidare nei paesi inglesi (loro usano la corsia di sinistra).
Magari tu hai messo una spunta su quel comando dei fari, dentro l'mmi, senza volerlo.

Ho già provato a cambiare quel valore (se non ricordo male il 55) ed il mio giustamente non era spuntato, ho provato ugualmente a cambiarlo ma era peggio. Ho rimesso quindi tutto com'era.

Ma per quello che riguarda l'altra centralina mi sai aiutare?

Sono riuscito ad eliminare entrambi gli errori della centralina 9 e 17. Nella 9 ho rimpostato il long code originale (prima delle "vaggate" effettuate diversi mesi fa), mentre nella 17 era un problema collegato ai valori del service, non so come sia stato possibile ma si erano disimpostati i valori da 300 giorni (long life) a 150 giorni e dava errore.

Ha però iniziato a segnare errori nella centralina 19 (qui sotto):

Questi errori spariscono tutti cancellandoli, ma l' MMI continua a rimanere spento. Ho però notato che ogni tanto tenta un riavvio (in automatico), l'HD sembra girare ma non c'è modo di accenderlo.

col vag nella sezione application ci dovrebbe essere la possibilità di fare il test dell'anello most, l'mmi e un sistema che sfrutta la tecnologia in fibra ottica collegando fra loro in serie i vari componenti, basta che uno di questi non funzioni per rendere inattivo l'intero mmi

meno male che sono spariti gli errori nella 09 e 17.
Gli errori che escono adesso nella centralina 19, sono legati alla radio/mmi.
Dato che non funziona, i conti tornano (era molto strano che nella precedente scansione, che hai postato nel tuo mess #9, non avessi quegli errori relativi alla radio! Mistero).

Prova a cercare i codici 01304 e 03158 nel sito ross-tech.com , sezione wiki, menu fault codes.
Ci sono varie informazioni sui codici errore, possibili sintomi e possibili soluzioni (il sito è gratuito, ma è tutto in inglese)
