Controlla anche il fusibile.
grazie per la risposta ho altri due motorini a disposizione ma nessuno funziona, ho provato a controllare i fusibili e sembrano tutti buoni, quindi non so proprio cosa fare...pensavo che il VAG potesse aiutarmi
Vag vede un problema. Può darsi che il modulo di controllo abbia una resistenza bruciata.

Se parli con un elettricista e hai la ventola in mano considera che puoi staccare la resistenza dalla ventola e poi:
Puoi provare ad alimentare con 12V, con due fili dalla dalla batteria, la ventola vera e propria, escludendo la resistenza e vedere se gira.
Puoi misurare la resistenza (nelle auto normali sono resistenze in serie e vedere che da cima a fondo non sia interrotta.
Puoi controllare sulla macchina se la ventola funziona alla velocità più alta (non so: la quarta o a manopola in fondo, insomma a tutta birra)
Questo per la resistenza di controllo velocià.
Altrimenti devi vedere il vero e proprio modulo di controllo (la plancetta controllo clima o i fili...

nella lista a fianco del disegno c'e' un codice-articolo, per quel blocchetto.
Prova a vedere nei siti di ricambi on-line: una minuteria del genere costera' probabilmente 10 euro.
Direi che si puo' provare a cambiare il blocchetto delle resistenze, per quel prezzo. (pare anche un punto di montaggio facilmente accessibile).
NB: io ho preso il disegno di una A3 8P ANNO 2010 , a caso, perche' il tuo profilo (a sinistra dei messaggi) non ci dice nulla in merito alla tua macchina (anno, motore, allestimento, ecc).
Vai a cercare nel sito linkato il tuo anno di produzione preciso, in teoria potrebbero esserci differenze nei modelli A3 pre-restyling (oppure circuiti diversi tra clima automatico e clima manuale, ecc ecc).

Buongiorno ho risolto il motorino funzionava perfettamente era la corrente principale che non arrivava al motorino, alla fine ho scoperto che dopo aver fatto fare un lavoro al meccanico era stato tolto un fusibile, mettendo il fusibile tutto e’ tornato a funzionate correttamente. La mia audi e’ del 2004 140 cv BKD, ho provato a cercare quella resistenza ma sinceramente non l’ho trovata. Grazie comunque per il suggerimento!

eh, come dicevo ci possono essere delle differenze costruttive, nei vari anni di produzione. (la tua a3, anno2004, e' pre-restyling. il disegno del mio link e' riferito alla 8P restyling).
tieni segnato quel sito, i disegni esplosi ti possono servire in futuro, per installare qualche gadget!
(ci sono anche altri siti gratuiti, in rete, tutti molto simili fra loro: nemigaparts.com, audi.7zap.com, ecc).

si è ripresentato il problema del motorino anche con il fusibili installato, ho dovuto mettere un fusibile da 30 amp è possibile che dipenda da questo che non funzioni?
non avevo a disposizione quello da 40 ed oggi non ci sono elettrauto aperti. domani penso di andarlo a comprare però vorrei capire se dipende da questo il fatto che ora non funziona di nuovo...
